Wow what a great present! I am so glad I ordered early which was stated on their website and I have now such precious gifts for my family members for Christmas! I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews which seem to be people not realising it is the festive period and there will be delays which is by no means this family run businesses fault! Excellent customer service chat and a great business idea thank you so much for the necklaces! I am super impressed with the quality of the products and I am thoroughly impressed with the speed of contact with the seller as well as the delivery (following the guidance on their website)

I genuinely don't understand why this company has such bad reviews? The majority of these reviews must literally be the small percentage of people that things have gone wrong for. I sent a query about my orders which didn't seem to make sense, which I received an email about within a reasonable time frame (I sent the email on a Friday, got a reply after the weekend). I also had an issue with the tracking of the parcels, which has nothing to do with this company, but felt the need to mention in order to advise others. So here's my tip: when tracking, the Aftership app will forward you onto 4px to put in your tracking # etc - don't use this. I entered my tracking info and it wasn't finding my order. Instead, Google search 4px and use that. It's so much easier to use, it gives you a step by step tracking history so you can keep up with where abouts your order is. All round, just better. I placed my orders at the end of November and received the second part of it today (20.12.21). Considering orders have to be processed, shipped overseas, and on top of that it's the run up to Christmas, I don't think that it's an unreasonable time frame for receiving my order. Patience is a virtue. Thank you for my order, Custom Items. I'm glad I gave you a chance despite the reviews and sincerely hope others do the same.

brilliant customer service and I love my item. the company corrected a mistake that was made on my behalf with no issues. thanks so much

I have now received the necklace, fantastic!

I ordered the heart charm bracelet with the customised picture inside and it’s very clear and has amazing quality, so beautiful I love it thank you <3

Lovely gifts and lovely company very helpful and friendly service would highly recommend 😊

I had my reservations on their customer service after reading all the reviews. I had requested for a refund on an order I no longer wanted, and to my pleasant surprise, they were super quick to send it to me. Got it back within 30 min. Would consider them if I really need a related gift in the future.
