I ordered the necklace abit skeptical it would arrive before Christmas and to me surprise it arrived sooner than I thought and I was very happy with how it turned out!! Picture in the gem was perfect would recommend this.

I received my order very quickly and it was exactly as I expected. The projection necklace was of good quality and made the perfect gift for family. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to others.

Amazing piece of jewellery, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, ita not going to be instant if it's personalised. Yes it took a while to come, about 3 weeks but I had quick correspondence. Honestly beautiful necklace

Very happy with my order, it was a Christmas present and they absolutely loved it! Also, very helpful and quick replies when I emailed about my order, I will be ordering again.

At first I was disappointed in the lack of item and lack of communication and therefore left them a bad review. It seems they must have an issue somewhere, as once they did get back to me they dealt with it promptly. They offered me a full refund as it seemed that the items where lost in transit which I received in my bank today and they also very kindly offered to send the gifts I had ordered back out again free of charge so that I could gift to the people I bought for at a later date. I'm not sure what's happening, they either have a courier system that is letting them down greatly or they are a small family run business struggling with the demand. Either or once they do get back to you they handle it very well, are kind and professional. Thank you.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of the image in the stone, we lost our dad a couple years ago and my mum will love this gift on Christmas Day. Thank you so much ❤️

I love the necklace and I know my sister will too! What a great gift idea! The quality of the gift and customer service on top is second to none and I will definitely be ordering again. I am shocked by the negative reviews as I had to make an amendment to my order and the speed of response I received was great and I have now received my gift all in time for Christmas! Many thanks and Merry Christmas!

Christmas is saved! Ordered multiple items from the website and had to change the delivery address after my order, my request was dealt with immediately and the items have arrived in plenty of time :) would definitely order from here again
