Ordered a necklace for my wife, who recently lost her mum and had a photo put in of her mum and dad on there wedding day. I ordered the sterling silver option which is very nice but the chain could do with being slightly longer as you have to take the necklace off to be able to look through the glass.

I have purchased 3 items from this company and never had any bother, I’ve saw there are a lot of bad reviews and saying it’s a scam which is a load of nonsense. I’ve had 2 necklaces made for myself and 1 for a gift to a friend which she absolutely loved after the passing of her pet. Great quality and something I will keep forever. The delivery takes a little while so have to order in advance but what do you expect when someone is being personalised for you? I highly recommend

Ordered for the first time from custom items and I was a little worried wether the item would arrive and how long it would take. The item arrived within 2wks and was in perfect condition. My mam was very happy with her Christmas gift. Would definitely order again and recommend to friends.

Ordered a picture necklace for my mum for Christmas on 26 November, was dispatched on the 5th December and arrived on the 15th December. Very good communication throughout the process. Very clear image and overall a great experience. Anybody that has left a bad review because they ordered 2 weeks ago need to read the delivery info on the website which is very clear on how long it takes to make the product and need to take into account that delivery companies are flat out over Christmas. Would highly recommend buying from this company and ignoring the negative reviews.

Ordered a necklace for my mam for Christmas - delivery took quite a while and was very worried it would not arrive in time for Christmas - even though I ordered it in the November … necklace arrive just in time and it was beautiful I would order again

Was easy to look through options of jewellery, once I chose the necklace I wanted it was really easy to upload a picture. Then added to my basket, paid & delivery didnt take to long either. Very happy with purchase, it was a gift for Christmas which was lived by recipient.
