Says on the website 7-14 days. Today is day 14 and it’s not even in my state yet. Edit: Although it did take longer than advertised, it came in in great condition and exactly how it looks on the website

Sorry for this situation. Due to the impact of the global epidemic, the logistics speed is a bit slow, we will help you to urge the logistics in the background, please forgive me for the inconvenience.

I just checked the logistics. Your item has Outbound. Due to the global epidemic, the express delivery may be a little slower, please be patient. Thank you.

Thank you very much!

I never received my item. If this e-mail is a sign that my case came and you expect an honest review of it, then all I can say is that it has not come. Update: I still have not received the item yet, however the team's utilization of customer services and the reviews shows that they both look at the feedback and do care about the input. I will update once I get the item, yet this level of engagement alone is enough to change my review preemptively.

Hello, my customer, the email you received is that we remind you that the item has been sent, not that you have received the item. We have checked the logistics. Your item is in transit and within the normal time limit. Thank you.

The artwork and function of case is unique. I get a lot of people asking where I got such a one of a kind case. Extremely sturdy and well made. Offers both fashion and function, including built in wireless charging and comes with magnetic charging cable. Support independent artists.
