I got my case 7 days ago and everything was working fine. The case feels sturdy, the LED light feature is amazing and I was excited for my new phone case. However, on day 8, the LED feature stopped working for no apparent reason. I was showing my colleagues my new case and the LED light feature, but as I was showing it to them, it stopped working all of a sudden, even though it was working up to that point. I kept the case plugged into my iphone overnight to see if it needed a charge, but no dice. Pretty disappointed that the LED light only lasted for a few days. Not sure if its the wiring, the cable or something else.

After long going back and forth. I got my refund. Never received the product and couldn't get help on that end but they at least were generous enough to refund me my money.

First impression, case feels sturdy. I got the case as buy one get one free so I got a second one -- but they only gave me one charger cable which I just don't understand 🫠 the charger cable is a magnet and it's bad. It's strong enough in a sense, but just a light push from the side disconnects it instantly. The reason why I got the case was of course the lights. They're fun. But i wish they have a better on and off switch for them. You can accidentally turn it on when you want it off and vice versa, which gets really annoying. I also find the price a bit too high for having something that makes me keep on fixing it. Yeah it's fun I guess? Overall, it's a nice study case. It needs better turn on/off switch and better magnet charger. Please don't be stingy when giving the charger cable--we normally don't have those 🙃 UPDATE: They sent me an extra cord which I'm very grateful for. Sadly it just became more of a chore to have this as your main phone case...it's more annoying to deal with, basically. I guess I got a good deal when I got it bec now they're $70+ each??? No thanks. Just get them when they're on sale--it's def not worth that much.

The case came in a reasonable amount of time however the charger that comes with it neither plugs into the wall or has a usb option. As an iPhone user getting an charger that is magnetic to android adapter is a huge fail. All new cords will have to be ordered to see if the product works as advertised. 🤨 Edit.. the company sent me a new data cable and it works great! Thank you for the follow up. Hopefully there will be a future option on the website on what cable users prefer before shipping. Thank you again. 👍

Currently items I have order have not been shipped, yet been over a week and half with no indication that it has and even the tracking number says otherwise also. Wouldn’t be a problem time wise but I also paid for fast shipping, so upset for how long it taking for an update of any kind.

Says on the website 7-14 days. Today is day 14 and it’s not even in my state yet. Edit: Although it did take longer than advertised, it came in in great condition and exactly how it looks on the website
