Bought 4 cases a few years ago and the first day I brought my phone outside I dropped it from thigh height and the glass on the case completely shattered. Almost cut my hand open picking my phone back up.

I ordered two phone cases, both came in looking great, art is beautiful but my only problem is i got the wrong charger, it doesn’t plug to a wall or usb (i use iphone) , i tried to get help but no one got back to me. I also believe the lights are supposed to turn on when music plays? mine doesn’t though

I'm trying to find out how to turn the light off people keep saying double tap but where do I double tap

Haven’t gotten a response back on my package my order number is popping up as not found in on the verge of disputing this transaction.

I love the art work, I just have a slight problem. It seems that my Goth Mikasa case only has leds on the bottom. It also only lights up if the case is tapped. I’m uncertain whether this is normal or not

It finally came!! It looks very cool and works very well, just wasn’t happy with the long delay

I love my phone case but I’m having trouble keeping the light off when I want it off, I press the button in the back but they after I set it down or just tap on the screen, it turns on again. It also seems to blink when listening to music, great feature but I would like to turn the light off and keep it off on my own terms I guess you could say? Besides that, it’s beautiful and very sturdy!
