I bought a gift houseplant for a friend. When I tried to switch the item to a different one after the purchase, they took care of it with amazing email customer support.

I had an issue with a plant damaged in shipping. I reached out to their customer service and the response I recieved was prompt, courteous and very helpful. The damaged plant is being replaced. This is the 4th plant I've ordered and the only one ive had issues with in shipping as well. I imagine ill be doing more business in the future if I can find the room....

I got my Wife the 6 month subscription of medium plants for Mother’s Day, every month, a beautiful, healthy plant arrived. It’s like Mother’s Day every month. The plants are thriving and I look forward to getting more. This is definitely a great gift option.

I have ordered several times from Hey Rooted and each time the plants have arrived in great condition and continue to thrive in my home! Recently a plant I ordered arrived damaged, and I was so disappointed. However, they rectified the situation almost immediately with a quick response offering to send me another comparable plant, or a full credit on my account for the cost of the plant. They also gave me some extra plant tips for my damaged plant!
