What I like about HeyReach is that it’s very simple to use and does its job very very well!!! The integrations I need (e.g. Clay) are built right in, their features give you scaleable automation, and it’s safe to use.

Very easy to use and learn your way around. Never had any issues + great performance and results from the product. When we don't have specific campaigns, we run just the connection requests on autopilot 24/7, and getting 200-300+ ICP followers/mo. Product is also 100% safe (if you follow the recommendations), so never got flagged or banned by LinkedIn.

Trying to downscale, they keep writing of more. Customer service does not reply. I wanted to keep 2 seats but they keep charging me for 4 seats.

Did not like that it was automatically following and basically spamming people using my profile. Was pressured into using it but I stopped it immediately. It's just yet another one of those spammy tools the companies use to try to drum up business.

This company is so bad I almost wonder if its a phishing scheme to steal data. The software is super buggy, the support is laughable, and they don't even have auto payment capabilities. They send manual invoices every month. What kind of SAAS company can't process payments automatically? Horrible company.

Disgusting. I wrote an entire complicated sequencing and the software did not save it at all. I lost all of it when I went back to check on my leads. you should save the whole sequence . I hated every minute of the app post that. It was a brilliant complex sequence I had written. This is not fair.
