We rarely face disconnects. Customer Service: I also want to give a shout-out to the support team. When I had an issue setting up a campaign, they responded within 24 hours and didn't just send a help article, they actually walked me through the fix. Constructive Feedback: If I had to pick one area for improvement, the UI can be a little dense at first glance.
