I’ve been using HeyCatch to market my cooking app, SayChef.online, and the experience so far has been very good. The team has been responsive to feedback, and as I’ve given the system more information about the product, the content has become noticeably more aligned with what SayChef is actually about. I’m still partway through the campaign and evaluating the longer-term results, but the support and content process have been impressive so far.

The support and communication have been outstanding. The product performs exactly as expected across our primary channels, and the platform itself is incredibly simple to use. We plan on running campaigns for the entire MapleWorkSuite lineup through this service!

Attentive customer service, they've gone out of their way to ensure I understand how to get the most out of the analytics. I am improving my app in real time and already getting significant numbers in page views. It has been a great way to warm up my new social media accounts. The Heycatch layout is uncluttered, easy to understand and navigate for a non tech person. Really detailed analytics and marketing guidance. I have tried and canceled several other services but already rely heavily on this one. Very pleased.

I’ve had a very positive experience with HeyCatch.ai so far. Since using the service, I’ve been getting new subscriptions every day, which is definitely a great sign. Before HeyCatch, I spent thousands of dollars on Google Ads trying to grow my app, and so far I’m seeing better results with HeyCatch. For me, that’s one of the biggest reasons I’m happy with the service. There are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the AI analysis and some of the recommendations regarding the type of content to upload on my social media channels. However, overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the results. I haven’t reached the number of daily subscriptions I’m aiming for yet, but to be fair, I haven’t had enough time to implement all of their recommendations consistently. That’s on me, not the service. The team provides a lot of useful guidance, and based on the results I’m already seeing, I’m confident there’s still room to grow once I start applying more of their recommendations. I will definitely be renewing my subscription. 5 stars from me!

Is it a 100% flawless product right out of the box? No... and to their credit, the team explicitly asked me to be honest about that. When I first started, the AI support assistant misread my post history (it counted 6 live TikToks when I actually had 13 posted), and the content was initially only touching a few features of my app instead of the full picture. However, I'm still giving them 5 stars and here's why: The team actually listens and fixes things at lightning speed. When I pointed out the feature coverage issue, the founder/team (shoutout to Anatol!) admitted the assistant was wrong and shipped a brand-new feature control panel that exact same day so creators can directly steer the topics, tone, and features covered in their videos. They take feedback like absolute pros, credit you when you're right, and clearly care about building a tool that actually works for real people. If you're a builder or creator looking for a genuine growth partner rather than just another static tool, give HeyCatch a try. Excited to see where this app goes! I’ve been using HeyCatch.ai for only one week, and I can honestly say it has already made a huge difference in how I see my website and my overall positioning for my app Oystr.ca.
