Milinda, this is the founder writing. You are not a customer of ours. There is no account under your name, and you have never written to our support. If I am wrong about that, email [email protected] from the address on the account and I will correct this reply publicly myself. Now the accusation. We have never asked a single person for a review. Not a customer, not a friend, not an employee, and we have never offered anything in exchange for one. Every review on this page was written by someone who decided to write it on their own, and every one of them can be verified. Trustpilot is welcome to audit all of them, and I invite them to. So what you posted is not an opinion I happen to disagree with. It is a false statement of fact about how this company operates, aimed at a business with thousands of customers, written by someone who has never been one. The rest of it, that the product is a waste of money and produces no leads, is a judgement you are free to hold. It would simply carry more weight coming from someone who had used it. Hi Anna, First, one ask: let's keep this respectful. Call the product disappointing, wrong for you, or not what you expected, and we will read that closely and act on it. That mismatch was ours, not a misreading on your part, and the page has been updated today.
