Not worth the amount of money they charge
No seeds will start in the Abby. Tried 10 different seeds. For something so expensive it should be able to hold humidity or come with something for it already. Honestly not worth that amount of money.

I bought like 3 items and 2 of them…
I bought like 3 items and 2 of them were sent in a different package with a separate tracking number and they forgot to mention that, but other than that great experience.

It could be a little better…
So far so good the only thing I would say could’ve been better was humidity control inside and the fans could be a lot better so that people don’t have to buy extra stuff but I get it, it’s the money game !

Regarding the issue you raised, we'd like you to know that the Hey Abby Grow Box integrates 4 fans (2 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans). For most growers, the original system already provides good airflow. However, after observing our grower community, we found that some growers want to add a fan to customize their growing experience or to cool down the inbox temperature during the hottest days. That's why we released the Smart Fan to give growers more control over the environment. This is not a must-have, but rather a nice-to-have. Wish I knew
The way it was presented, I thought I wouldn't have to do any work and everything would be fine. Not the case. I gotta go but more things just to have a fruitful grow.

Thank you for your feedback for us. Hi Abby, with the grow box you can experience the joy of growing your own plants conveniently. It comes with a fan and circulation system which will adjust the light and ventilation for different phases of growth automatically. You don't have to manually adjust anything for the normal humidity and temperature in the room. However, you will still have to manually water your plants according to the tasks described by the calendar. In the case of extreme temperatures or humidity levels, you may need to adjust the temperature or humidity of the grow box surroundings or add accessories to adjust the values. Grow box will make it easy and enjoyable to grow plants and you can look forward to the reward of getting beautiful plants as well as a feeling of accomplishment.

Good product/should allow users to control more
So far the product is good. Only thing that I dislike about it is that you have no control over the lights!!! Mabe in the future when they make enough money off their subscriptions they will allow you access to control your machine yourself. The Plus side of this grow box is that it will educate you!!!!

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback regarding the g light control. We are happy to let you know that our grow box supports light adjustment. You can easily adjust the lights to your preference by enabling Pro mode, in which you can adjust the brightness of the lights and the on/off time, adjust the fan gear, as well as turn the pump on/off. Additionally, if you are using the grow box in the non-Pro mode, you can also adjust the fan position and turn the pump on/off.
