I didn't like how when I ordered my OG box it stated that it was going to be shipped the 25th of this month and then all of a sudden somebody informed me from your team that if I ordered past April 19th or something that it wasn't going to be shipped till the 10th of next month but besides that everything's been pretty good except for when they said my humidifier was being shipped and actually the fan was shipped so I hope my humidifier will still come but besides that I have no other concerns

Left acouple messages about moving, and needing adress changed so I can recieve my product at my new location. Was immediately changed without over the phone conversation, and continued to ask if there was anything else I needed. Great customer service with need to satisfy their customers.

This company is insanely well run, which, in this day and age is truly spectacular. I bought the OG unit just finished my first grow, and from my 10 years of growing experience in soil and Hydro this has got to be the most enjoyable, easy and fun way to grow cannabis. In fact, I love my OG unit so much. I’m currently waiting on my 420 unit which will be delivered July 20. The best thing about that is I will be able to be in a perpetual harvest. Can’t wait to get a guys keep up the great work.!!!
