The customer left a 1-star review in reference to a free hoodie order. The grow box order was delivered on Sept 1, 2023, and we didn't receive any negative feedback from this customer on the grow box since then. Out of no reason, the customer started to leave 1-star reviews on our website and trustpilot within the past 30 days.
