This grow has been a blast of fun and learning. Thanks to Jake and Rose for answering all my questions cheerfully no matter how silly they are. Do yourself a favor and take the small leap into growing your favorite fruits, veggies or herbs with hey Abby. Cheers!

I've had HeyAbby OG version for over a year now and it's one of the easier hydroponics systems I've used. I haven't had any issues with their customer service either. I've had to contact them twice so far. Once a few months ago for a connection issue that turned out was my fault, and another more recently for an inquiry about their sponge material as a growing medium. Each time I've gotten a fast response and a follow-up email to make sure my issue was resolved.

The technology to grow indoors has always fascinated me. Im glad I get the opportunity to try it out with a super sturdy and beautiful piece that looks great in my office ;)

Great product, everything is growing just dandy.

Customer service and product is A1!!!! Let's work on them push notifications so a person doesn't have to constantly check the app to see if everything is good. Other than that this stuff is nicceeeee!!!

My brother and i bought one hayabby and has nothing but problems and will not replace the box with a good one or call him back. The worst customer service i have emailed and call so have my brother multiple time we feel that once they got our money hayabby dont care # dont buy one you will be better off

Edit: Hey abby - I couldnt finish growing my plant in the expensive Hey abby box. I would not deem that as successful! If customers thinking the product isn't worth it is fine.. I guess you won't last long. Not worth it. There wasn't anything for humidity control which is necessary for a healthy plant. I was told by support to put a towel over the box (didn't help) and mist. I ended up having to mist A LOT. I'm glad I waited to review after actually growing a plant because now there is humidity control, however, you have to pay more as its an add on. It should be included! It should have been in the ORIGINAL DESIGN. Also, THE BOX IS TOO SMALL. You can hardly fit a plant in there as is, now you have to fit accessories? It's not a good investment as it comes now. Our plant which was a smaller strain was getting too big. We consulted with support and they didn't even know what to do. We had to take our plant out (light burn) which grew even more so we couldn't even use the abby. The reminders and guides are very helpful (while the plant fits), however, everything else just makes it not worth it.

We have had our Abby for well over a year and we love it! We had the original OG version and ran into some complications with it and Abby was quick to fix the problems. Great customer service and wonderful people on the Discord. One of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work with.
