Halfway through my first grow, and I still have no idea what I’m doing, but I have an amazing plant growing, just by following the instructions. This is literally plug and play. I can’t keep a house plant alive, yet I feel like a botanist due to this. I couldn’t have done it alone, cause customer service has been there the entire way! Any little question I have is answered promptly and professionally. Amazon customer service since starting this journey. Even their interaction on social media is great and informative. Watch the live broadcasts if possible. Lots of good information shared there. I highly recommend this product for first time growers. It’s easier than you think.

Refuse to help customers. Refuse to refund or take back orders. When you place the order they make sure to "ship" it right away so you have no chance to go back on the purchase. Will keep you wondering for weeks about your problem until your refund timeline is done. Then they will tell you to fix their product for them with a copy and pasted message. Company seems to be paying for 5 star reviews. I know they are deleting negative feedback from their online forum on discord, because my account was banned and messages were deleted before that. Very decieving company with bad customer service. Seems illegal. Wouldnt be suprised if a class action is in their near future. EDIT: In response to hey abby and everything they said. And for flagging my review to try to get trustpilot to take down the negative feedback. 1. You lied about the customer support because having dealt with it for 2 months now. They are not online as much as you say and they do not respond right away or even that same day. I get one response a day and its usually something automated. 2. The return policy doesnt cover defective products?? Ive been scrwaming and crying for 2 months about my BROKEN abby since it arrived. Ive been asking for a refund only to be told since i turned on the machine to try to get it to work, I activated it and no longer can return it. What a joke. 3. Your comprehensive guides include having the customers upgrade their internet services only to be told its still my internets fault. Oh, "maybe it isnt your internet its probably the motherboard" 100s of other people with the same issue. Still selling defective machines, and telling customers to fix it themselves. 4. Most of the reviews on here seem disenguine and the negative feedback is met with the same automated messages as what you responded to me with. I also know for a FACT you are deleting negative feedback and banning people on your online forum on discord. 5. You want no solution or resolution to my issue. You want me to fix your broken machine for you. Everything is still under warranty as i havent been able to use the machine since it arrived 2 months ago. Your company is a scam and you treat customers just as bad.

How can a company tell you to fix THEIR product FOR THEM?!?! Send a replacement motherboard and fix it yourself, Good luck. No refunds. Terrible company. Seems highly illegal. Definitely paying for 5 star reviews

Customer service takes entirely too long to respond. I believe a couple of good American people could respond much better than the people you have. I fixed my problem, but had to start over in the middle of flowering. Now it thinks I’m in week one of flowering. I had a rep from Nicaragua when I first got the box, and I’m not sure about this last person.

This company is absolutely fabulous!! We had a door malfunction on our Hey Abby and they were quick to resolve the issue, kept in contact, sent a new door without hesitation. Just a five start company on customer service which is so extremely rare these days! Amanda H.
