They don’t actually answer anything. It’s like talking to a wall. You’ll ask one thing and they will answer something completely different. They don’t respond to follow up questions except to ask for a 5 star review for doing their job poorly. Edit—- they then respond to your comments telling you that they did answer it clearly, when they didn’t. Very rude and snarky. They then finally DID provide the answer to the question I asked in 2 separate emails but it had the tone of “we already answered this you just must not have understood it” when I re read both responses and NEITHER said how long the 75$ one time subscription lasts for…. I’ll be finding a different company to work with that appreciates and respects their customer base.
