I purchased a set of products for my bike using the product finder but, due to a glitch, a couple were the wrong colour. I emailed Hexlox and they were able to rectify the situation very quickly. Deliver, despite being from abroad, was also speedy. Very happy with my new items and feel my bike is much safer.
