Terrible!
I ordered two air conditioning compressors from this company. One of the compressors was the wrong one. The other compressor failed after only one month of use. I tried emailing the company multiple times and received no replies. I filed a PayPal dispute against the company and they responded just to email them and they would figure it out. I messaged and emailed them multiple times and never received a response. Avoid hex like the plague, I know I will.
