Everything arrived safe and sound and it worked great. But they called me crystal in their email and I'm not sure where they got that name from.

I was hesitant at first after looking at Facebook and seeing the people oddly enough complaining about getting bad starters(after I’d already ordered a starter). But the price was great shipping was rather local and took no time at all. I had no issues with it I got the right part, it installed easily and worked first time.

The part came on time and I was able to fix my car.

This was my 1st time ordering from this company, I ordered a Starter for my Honda and I will say the price was very good, The delivery time was also good, but the problem I am experiencing is you only have 30 days if you want to return something and it's required to get an RMA# from them via email because they do not provide a phone number or your return will not be accepted or possibly delayed, I reached out twice via email asking for an RMA# to start my return and no one responded to me, now my 30 days is about to be exhausted and I will be stuck with a purchase I no longer needed. This is a real down fault and I will have to think twice if it worth purchasing through this company again. The return process should not be a puzzle that you will not be able to solve, where the customers end up stuck and losing in the end. Not a good look

Would have rated 5 stars, but it took longer than expected to receive item. Other than that, product is working well.

Amazing prices that are low and affordable. Shipped fairly quickly and was free shipping if I need more car parts will definitely be going through them again.
