Horrible experience. Ordered a starter. They sent an email stating it was shipped out with a shipping number. Everytime I tried to track it it said that they were waiting to recieve the item. I thought maybe they lost the tracking like sometimes usps does. Five days passed and no part. I emailed them asking what happened. They responded and told me that they sent it out and that United States Postal Service lost it. They stated that they were going to send me another one for the inconvenience and that the other part might still be coming. Three days later same issue with the tracking. Finally, I emailed them again. I told them I cant wait much longer and was wondering if they wanted me to order it somewhere else. I received an email that night. They said that usps lost the first one and that they didnt send another one out because they are now out of the part. They stated that they were going to give me a refund and a 5 dollar credit. Huh? Why did you tell me you already sent it out and gave me a shipping number? When were going to tell me? If it wasnt for me messaging them who knows what was going to happen. Unreliable and bad buisness. I know the parts are a great deal but spend the extra couple bucks and go somewhere else.
