Total disappointment
Part did not arrive on garuanteed date. Did not come with instructions on how much oil to use as different compressors use different amounts. Part doesnt have a manufacturer name or even part number stamped on it to look it up. And it is a cheap chinese part. The clutch assembly rattles like its falling apart when engaged. Will never buy from them again.

By the way, our ac compressor is pre oiled before the shipment and you are no need to add any oil again. Any further problem,pls feel free to contact us. Stay safe!

Delivery is 3 days late; Impossible captcha to send email; no contact number avilable.
Delivery is 3 days late; USPS is unable to locate package; tracking number tracks to to package moving in Texas; we are in CA; online complaint/inquiry form has an impossible capcha; No phone number anywhere; will have to escalate to Ebay for resolution

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. In fact we received many message every day, we are not sure what happened and why you couldn't send an email to us. Anyway, we will check and correct it asap. Recently, you know, due to the COVID-19, our warehouse guys and the delivery man can't work timely, which may cause shipping delay. Our handling time is 5 working days even longer. Hope you could understand. For your package, USPS told us it was delivered to a parcel locker at 9:14 am on June 24, 2020 in FOWLER, CA 93625. Have you received it ? Any further problem,pls feel free to contact us then we will try our best to help you.
