Customer service is non-existing and when you get somebody on an email or a chat They're copying information from a textbook and sending to you instead of explaining simple things. You have to be signed in on both as an example. What ? both ? first you have a long explanation how you can use different devices and as a parent you probably going to be on your device and monitoring and your child will be on another device. They never explain that they want you to be on the website and on the app at the same time, normally if you use a phone that can be tricky. Especially if you have to go back and forth to find the different step and follow directions. Don't bother it's not worth the money. When they set up a decent customer service for technology and alphabet like myself. I actually prefer people using the English language and explaining like an instruction what to do and where to go next. They don't seem to have this gift. We missed a whole first session play time. And the look of it we're probably going to miss the rest too. They don't tell you that the app cost money they don't tell you that there is an app nowhere do they tell you there is an app and use the word app from the App Store. Minecraft is not as simple as it looks it's a lot of Hoops to jump through to get to the right place. When you finally do you need a code, guess what Minecraft doesn't send you the code. What are you going to do then so you ask what am I going to do I need a code. And the answer was we get back to you early next week. Today is Tuesday. I do not recommend this company. 😐 What kind of answer is that we get back to you someone will get back to you early next week. That's some strong customer service right there.
