Great topics covered and a casual setting. I appreciate the perspective our guide brings to the table.

The journey guides are extremely helpful, guiding the groups I've been in to help work through and discuss weekly topics and issues, and find solutions to common challenges those in the group face.

Great community and journey guide. I always feel seen and able to talk about what’s on my mind.

I really like this, it is very relaxing and helpful to me in so many ways. I love the people in my group and my group leader is amazing. Wish It took insurance though.

Rating a service like this is highly subjective, and I can only write from my personal experience (which I suspect is not typical in many ways). I've tried to list pros and cons so you can decide what might apply/matter to you. Pros: + our Journey Guide is encouraging, pleasant, and helpful + the group Discord is available all week, and the audio chat doesn't kick us out at a certain time if we feel like continuing to chat at the end of a session + the service is very affordable, especially for the length of the sessions + they *seem* to match group members very carefully based on your stated preferences Cons: - the gaming aspect is nowhere near as integral to the experience as I would have hoped; my group is six sessions in and we have all been logged into our game at the same time exactly once - group discussion in Discord audio chat is not the most conducive to discussing emotional topics; I don't know that there is a better alternative, but it is what it is and needs to be acknowledged - the group matchmaking process in my case took considerably longer than the stated time on the website even with my availability being wide open - the preferences for group matchmaking could use more nuance; I suspect mine took so long because of factors that were not THAT important to me and were still only kind of satisfied

The Journey Guides that we have are amazing. They are calming, very informative and knowledgeable and are a wonderful resource in helping with the weekly sessions. This has been a huge improvement on my life and has helped my day to day immensely!
