The processing time is long but the delivery is fast. Its secure when I pick it up at FedEx. They check ID.

I've purchased silver and gold from the US Mint, and about 8 of major online coin dealers. At Hero I've made about 4 purchases Started before I was a 🦀 purchaser 😂. Turn around time from the purchase to delivery is about a week for me That puts them at the top unless you pay for express. Thanks

Everything arrived just as promised very pleased.

I received my coins on time. Love that they were all in a plastic covering already. Beautiful pirate image. Love it.

It’s never a pain to order from this company unlike others where I’ve waited sometimes over two weeks for delivery. I don’t like to buy more until the earlier order arrives. Thanks Hero!

The order arrived quickly and securely. I have a new metals dealer, thank you.

I received my order as promised and the quality of the product was as expected. I will order from Hero again.

Quick and easy, received everything I ordered
