herobullion.comReviews of herobullion.com

This purchase was my first experience buying silver. I bought the 90% junk silver, as the premiums are less compared to other types. All went well with the transaction and was an overall awesome experience. Would buy again. Thanks!

good pricing and prompt service

It was packaged very well , all my items were there

Fast, efficient service. User friendly website. Merchandised received was as advertised. Secure packaging. Fast order process and quick shipping.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Do not order from this company. Try JM Bullion, BullionMax, or Bullion.com. These companies care about their customers & will take good care of you.

Great company to do business with

I’ve never purchased gold before and did a lot of searching for what might make the best investment. I purchased American gold eagle of various years. They arrived within a week of ordering. I watched a few videos on how to determine fakes and they seem to be legit coins, Always a bit worrisome that you might not be getting what you ordered. My coins arrived individually stored in a plastic pouch and were will packaged. I will do business again

I have ordered from them before I've ordered gold and silver both transactions went through they got paid my bank is from Texas I'm a soldier with USAA Bank which is out of San Antonio Texas I try to order some gold they denied it $18,000 plus order they sent it back for fraud figure that out oh well I guess if they're asinine system won't take it I'll take my 18,000 somewhere else Iwould not recommend this company
