herobullion.comReviews of herobullion.com

top notch service from beginning to end.

I sent customer service a request and are awaiting a response, One of the coins I received is questionable for authenticity. Diameter is too big. I would greatly appreciate a contact back

Item shipped as expected. I am very satisfied for the shipping from Texas to Michigan. Item is received.

Fast shipping by far. Great product.

Fast shipping and overall good service.

Easy to navigate website, that is divided into searchable categories. Great offerings at comparable prices.

Fast , easy to use and yes I’m real. This was the place I got my Canadian maples in 2023 and I keep coming back for the best service and deals !

After reading some reviews saying buyer beware- no physical address listed for this company; I called and spoke with Jon. He explained why their address is @ the post office.. I still was a little sketched out sending in a bank check for just under $2k.. I email and notified them when I mailed it out & got a quick reply. A week later I received an email saying they received it, few days after another one stating my order had shipped. I did have to coordinate with FedEx a drop off location so I could sign for it after work hours.. I would definitely order again (when silver goes back down!! Lol)
