Was given a sample whilst in Las Vegas at a shopping mall,the guy said he was the owner of the product.i was invited into the shop to get a free trial of some products,oh my goodness what a mistake,I was pressured into buying the product but he continued to apply continuous pressure on me to buy further items.an hour into all this I was in tears and kept saying my anxiety Was very high and I needed to leave,my husband was patiently waiting for me and came into the store,he immediately took control of the situation and demanded to know why I was so upset,I just wanted to leave and gather myself together,never again will I ever fall for this haynous duping of horrid salespeople

Stephanie was wonderful! After an extremely terrible high-pressure sales experience in Las Vegas, at a store that sells Hermetise products, I wrote to Hermetise to let them know the kind of tactics being used at that particular store. Although Stephanie certainly didn't have to take care of me the way she did because Hermetise isn't responsible for the sales pressure that store uses, she generously sent me and my sister (who shared this terrible experience in Las Vegas) more of the products we had purchased. We anxiously await our gift box! Thank you, Stephanie!
