I was enjoying a vacation with my family. We were strolling through the mall, killing time before our show started. A young man approached me and kind of forcefully started his sales pitch and applied a cream under one of my eyes. I was game for a minute, but then he started insulting me by making a deal of my eye wrinkles and grilling me about my skincare regimen and asking personal questions. He then started badgering my fiance "if the cream was making my face look better?" Seriously, this all took place in about 2 minutes even though it felt like an hour. I tried to get up to excuse myself when the guy grabbed my arm and asked me if I showered today while rubbing some other cream on my arm. He then proceeds to wipe this crap off and lo and behold the cloth was dingy. He starts telling me that I'm filthy and I need these products. Tells me the price would be 1200 if I ordered it online, but if I bought it right now it's only 350. I told him not interested and then he got really, really mean with me. I'm no kid! I'm a 53 year old woman. I look like a 53 year old woman and I'm ok with that. My fiance is ok with that. I did not seek out a miracle youth serum and was greatly insulted by his rudeness and his obvious attempt to lower my self esteem and embarrass me ( because of my age) in front of my fiance, my daughter and her boyfriend. Shady, shady, shady! So then he gets another finger of this goop and runs it under my other eye and says " There, at least you'll look good for 1 day". Calls me poor and cant afford it. I finally got up and walked away. Oh, and by the way, the stuff did tighten my eyes. I could feel it. The thing is, when I got to the rest room to see what was going on, I had gummy residue all around my eyes. So, yeah buy this crap to firm up your eye wrinkles, but have white crusty goo instead. Lol. No thanks bro!

Achtung! MEIDEN Sie dieses Geschäft (und alle mit diesem Nahmen) sowie und jedes andere, welches nach diesem Konzept arbeitet (s. unten). Abzocke und unseriös! Vor dem Laden oder unter der Türe quatschen junge Männer und i.d.R. Frauen an, verteilen Müsterchen und locken sie ins Geschäft. Mal drinnen, wird man mit Geschwafel zugedeckt und mit Produkte (Crèmes) überfallen. Das selbige Personal drückt ungefragt Crèmes ins Gesicht oder auf die Hände und auf der Haut herum und redet sehr viel Unsinn. Sofort wird der potentiellen Kundin klar gemacht, es gäbe einiges an Verbersserungsbedarf in der Hautqualität und im Aussehen. Dies liesse sich dank den (ungefragt?) aufgetragenen Produkten nachweisen, weil diese einen sensationellen Soforteffekt hätten. Das Personal beginnt mit "günstigen" Produkten (z.B. Handcrèmes) und kommen schnell zu den High-End Produkten, welche mehrere 100 CHF kosten. Wer nach der "Session" im Geschäft nicht kauft, wird nur sehr widerwillig aus dem Laden gelassen bzw. erst bis die Kasse klingelt. Man merkt sofort, das vorhandene Personal hat a) keine Ahnung von Kosmetik und Dermatologie und b) ist auf schnellen Verkauf von vollständig überteuerten und inhaltslosen Produkten in aufwendiger Verpackung trainiert. In Tat und Wahrheit arbeiten sie auf Umsatz und "verdienen" sich so einen Auslandaufenthalt unter vermutlich nicht ganz legalen Umständen. Bezeichnenderweise gibt es weder Informationen über die Unternehmung, Eigentümerschaft, Finanzdaten, Organisation etc. Das gleiche Geschäftsmodell gibt es auch mit Geschäften und Ständen in Malls, Flughäfen, Warenhäusern mit sog. "Toten Meer" Produkten. Achtung, auch hier selbiges Vorgehen und ebenfalls: Abzocke und Unseriös. MEIDEN.

I am a 60 year old fit male & was in South Molton St, London with my wife shopping , we were hoodwinked into the shop Tresor Rare by a nice young man to try out some Yubari King wrinkle erase .a miracle occured in the shop when he applied some cream under my eyes , the bags disappeared !!!! the cost of the cream was £199.00p which I thought OK due to the results , BUT , the cream I took home did NOTHING like what he had put on me in the shop, I have contacted trading standards & my credit card company for a refund . DO NOT buy anything from this shop it is a scam & the company called Everest Markething UK listed on the receipt no longer exists , it is all a con.

Stephanie (customer service) has been great! Long story - FedEx delivered my package to a wrong address, scanning it at that time. The driver realized it was at the wrong address, so removed it. Unfortunately, it couldn't be scanned, again. It wasn't delivered the next day. When I called FedEx, they couldn't locate it. My husband & I had to leave town for a week and couldn't have it delivered while we were gone. After emailing Stephanie, she had the delivery address changed with FedEx so that, when found, the package would be delivered to an address that could hold the package until I returned home. I feel she went above and beyond in this situation! We live in a gated area and I could just picture the FedEx driver tossing the package over the fence and it sitting in 30 degree weather for a week. Thanks Stephanie!! (For some reason this rating went under my husband's name instead of mine)

I must say after I wrote my negative review that Stephanie from customer service reached out to me and her explanation helped resolve the feelings I was having. Thank you Stephanie for clearing up many of my doubts! Lil
