Despite the fact it was late at night, around 7pm, and they were probably wanting to go home. They were very helpful and considerate with setting everything up.

Well, after being told there wasn't a waiting period I was told that my prescription was rejected when I only take two water pills a day. That's It!!! now please reevaluate the policy and then tell me or I plan to cancel.

Thank you for taking our call, Mrs. Porter! I’m glad we were able to clarify the misunderstanding—it appears we were being mistaken for another company. Rest assured, we never deny or reject applicants based solely on a single prescription. In fact, most applicants qualify for immediate coverage, just as you did with your original policy. Both of your policies remain in good standing, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to help you increase your coverage and continue serving you and your family.

Michael made sure to explain everything to me. He was also very patient and compassionate when he was speaking to my younger brother. He remained in contact with me to confirm that our policy was approved. I really appreciated that.
