For me its the 1st contact. My agent was very knowledgable and helpfull. She answered every question and even followed up to see if anything else was needed. This is the type of Customer service that rarely exists today.

It wouldn't hurt anyone to be prepared for the final day. And this company seems to be quite respected for providing smooth and quality funeral services. I was glad to see that they offer cremation services as well. All in all, they will get you covered with whatever your final wish is, and make the process less stressful for your family.

We are seeing more and more families lean in the direction of cremation given the rising costs of funerals and traditional burials. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve you and your loved ones, and we very much appreciate you taking the time to share such positivity! Happy New Year!

I received my packet a lot sooner than expected however the two questionnaire pages were in Spanish. I understand and read Spanish but my children do not. I called and was told another packet would be mailed out. I am now waiting for it to arrive. Service was courteous, and very reassuring. I deeply appreciated being spoken to as an adult since lately it seems many companies, including healthcare providers, speak to the elderly as if we were two year olds. I have been recommending your services to my friends and relatives.

Gracias! 😉 In all seriousness, thank you for your kind words! Providing personal service is very important to us because you are trusting us with your family's worst day. Having live associates available to answer and return every call is a difficult undertaking in this day and age but a hugely important part of our culture, so thank you for noticing! We are sorry part of your policy packet arrived in Spanish! Our Texas team does much work in both English and Spanish, so sometimes we start rolling "Rs" unnecessarily and speaking a little Spanglish. I just checked to ensure a corrected packet is being sent in all English. If you need anything in the future, don't hesitate to call!
