This is a fake company
This is a fake company. They never ship your order. They also do not answer calls or emails. If they send me my medicines, I will edit my review.

Herbspro is a fake company
Herbspro is a fake company. They never shipped my order but charged my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It can be difficult to get your money back. I had to dispute the purchase with American Express.

I ordered from Herbspro India - fraud company
I ordered from Herbspro India, was supposed to receive my order in the last week of July. Every time I chat with their customer service they say you will receive your order in 5 days. I think this company is a scam . I hope I will get my refund back at least . Otherwise hoping I can take some legal action

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! they charge ur card, dont ship ur order and lie to u. Example, they told me I'd get my order within 2 days after I called complaining wheres my order. Then when I called back again and finally got the same guy, he said he wud refund me. I never got a refund and they never call u back or answer emails. STAY AWAY!!! No PayPal
I tried to place an order with this company. They have the PayPal logo on their web site, and they state in their FAQ that they accept PayPal. I was not able to find a PayPal option under payments. They kept trying to lure me back with % off emails, but I could not pay without PayPal. Now that I have read the reviews of others, I see it is a very good thing that Herbspro did falsely advertise that they accept PayPal. It saved me from additional frustration and disappointment.

Huge High Rip-Off Shipping Fee! Bad customer service!
They kept on brothering me to send me discount code 5% and 10% off code by emails since I did not complete my purchase on their website several times daily. When I asked them to stop it. They did not care but just told me in order to deliver the 2 bottles of multivitamins to my Canada location, it would be that much of shipping fee. But it is out of my budget for 10 times shipping fee (almost US $50) when comparing to other USA company. So, they are really focusing on money making not care about what customers feedback. I would not make any purchase from them. It is a Rip-Off service of Huge High Shipping Fee for Canada Customers. It is a company looking for money making rather than give out services.

They do not care about customers
I only ordered from Herbspro because they seemed to have a rare product that I had been searching for. It took a very long time to arrive, and they were not what I ordered. Their customer support told me I was wrong, that I got what I ordered, when clearly I did not. It’s a completely different product, with different ingredients, fragrance, etc. Very disappointed and will never order from them again. I tried to return the product, but because they claim it’s correct, I have to pay return shipping! I’m just going to donate it to the homeless in my city. Choose another seller. This company is clearly guilty of bait and switch. Caveat emptor.
