Site is a scam. Never received my order waited over 6 weeks and they ignore all emails sent to their support email. Buyers beware. Vendor refused to issue a refund.

terrible company. buyer beware! no communication after days of taking my money and order. did not respond to multiple emails, so i called them. i was told that my full order would be shipped within 1-2 days. they lied. phoned again several days later and again they lied to me. days later they wrote me that my items were shipped, but neglected to say that only SOME items were shipped. few days later i get a message stating some items were not in stock and they cancelled the order. yet almost every day since placing my order i get emails asking me to place more orders. buyer beware!

I ordered an item, never received, message received that the order was cancelled because not in stock, and the same day they charged me the money anyway, $75.40 (USD)!!!. Despite 3 emails no response and no refund! Fraudulent site, swindlers. To avoid absolutely.

1. Poor notification of when items ship. 2. Half of order not shipped; other half cancelled no explanation. 3. Item shipped was not as described "Dental chewing gum" was not a gum but a hard candy. Very misleading. 4. They offered 10% discount & free shipping email with no disclaimers, but only when order placed do I find out it didn't apply. Very dishonest. 5. Impossible to talk to someone. Tried over several days & over a week but message said no one was available.

Abusive emails. They sent me 13 emails in 24 hours. I tried to call and voice my displeasure. The person who answered the call can hardly be understood. They don't care that they abuse email addresses.

You have to agree to their terms and conditions to view your cart. The terms are stolen from other websites (for example: "Prior to The execution of a stock trade, users are advised to consult with your broker or other financial representative to verify pricing or other information. herbspro, its affiliates, information providers or content partners shall have no liability for investment decisions based on the information provided. "), and they say several times that the user assumes ALL liability. Good luck getting a refund or a product here.

They waited 5 days to ship items and then weren't willing to change delivery address because I was not going to be there by the time the package arrived. They have some off-shore customer service center which told me that they would recall the package, but never did. Now they are emailing me every day with promotions on different products. Not a good experience and NOT a happy customer

This company is unprofessional and theft culture. They cancelled my order but never refund the money. even when I email to support and complaining about this issue, they would never respond the email. Very poor customer service
