Short shipped me for goods I paid for. Refused to answer emails. Look at how may bad reviews they have folks! Don't get caught by these scammers!!

It's true they do not respond to your emails. Poor customer service. My order was placed on October 9th; I received part of the order on November 2; then the remaining part of the order on November 11. It shipped from California to Massachusetts. Totally ridiculous! Plus, they don't respond to your questions!

Total disappointment. Three weeks have passed and nothing. I will be shopping elsewhere.

HERBSPRO IS A RIP OFF I BOUGHT 2 BOTTLES OF SUPPOSED TO BE NOW 100% PEPPERMINT OIL, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE THEY GAVE ME BOTTLES OF SOMETHING MIX WITH PEPPERMINT SCENT, THAT WAS UNSATISFACTORY FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, WHEN USED AS AROMATIC THERAPY, IT SMELLED LIKE PAINT ,KEEP AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTIST

So, I bought a ton of shampoos and conditioners.... then afterward, read the reviews. Thought I will just rest in faith... and it was awesome. Bought on a Friday, they shipped FedEx Monday, received tracking info Monday, and it all arrived today, Wednesday. The order is correct.all bottles are sealed properly, so there's no tampering with the product. Dont know what their issues were in the past, but they obviously are trying to do a good job. I normally buy off of vitacost, but even they don't ship as fast as herbspro did. Thank you... like I said, all the reviews made me nervous at first... but, absolutely no regrets with my order

I ordered form Herbs Pro and a week later had not gotten a shipping email so went online to see if they were a scam. Was concerned after reading reviews they were but they had not taken payment so I didn’t stop payment and ordered my product need elsewhere thinking I wouldn’t hear from Herb Pro. I was WRONG. They sent my product and charged me when they shipped and not before. Beautifully packaged and exactly what I ordered for a GREAT PRICE. Im in Florida and they are located in California so that has to do with shipping length. I will order from them again. I think they handled my order professionally and efficiently..let’s give some mercy to legit businesses in times like these y’all.

I ordered a necessary supplement for my cancer on or about Sept 20, 2021, and received a confirmation of the order on Sept 21, 2021. Hadn't received any shipping confirmation of the order by the 23rd of Sept so phoned; told it would be sent the next day. Still no confirmation of shipping after the next day. Phoned and emailed several more times. Was sent a set of tracking #s (1 DHL eCommerce and 1 USPS), on Friday, October 1, 2021, though I had been told earlier it was sent the preceding week??!! Today, 10/04/21, tracking still shows the package as not in the system, and the USPS tracking number as merely a label?! These folks are either harvesting credit card numbers, or are incapable of providing the services they offer; one or the other. Either way, dishonesty is their operating ethic. My credit card issuer is on notice re. the experience outlined above, and any charges will be refused, or reclaimed after the fact.. My next contact will be with the Better Business Bureau near their location in California.. Though I sincerely doubt at this time that I'll be the first person to do so. After that, the US Attorney's offices in Baltimore and California can be contacted, re. mail fraud, as 'the package that isn't' involved Interstate Commerce; however small in value. Stay away from these folks; they are not ethical, at best, and thieves at worst. Edit/follow-up: Today is October 12, 2021. Still no package. I've contacted the FDA about having supplements tested to confirm they are as advertised, as the chronic delays in shipping in these reviews -may- be indicative of the supplements being shipped in from overseas, and the product I purchased, NOW brand lycopene, 20mg, is supposedly made in the USA, but it seems that Herbspro has ties to India; a primary source for counterfeit supplements... Hmmm. Edit: October 13, 2021- My 2 bottles of NOW brand Lycopene arrived today, nearly 3 weeks after the order was placed. Interestingly, there was a slip inside the package referencing International shipments and Fed Ex; Fed Ex had nothing to do with my order, and Alaska isn't an International destination from Baltimore or California. so... ???? I'll be telephoning the folks at NOW to read the batch codes and related information from the bottles, to see if they can confirm that these are actually their product, versus something altogether different. Edit: October 14, 2021. My package arrived, nearly THREE WEEKS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED!!! Contacted NOW brand and inquired re. LOT #'s, etc., on bottles. They state their business did, in fact, ship the LOT #'s referenced to HerbsPro in SEPTEMBER, 2021, leaving some question as to waiting time w/ the order. Still waiting to hear back from FDA re. testing supplements to confirm they are as advertised. Will be finding other sources for future purchases.
