Fantastic customer service for a great product
I’m on my first packet of Herbies Oregano and Blackseed capsules and I’m already feeling a noticeable improvement in the way that my stomach has settled. In fact I was due to pay for my second month a couple of days ago. I wrote to Herbies apologising that my next payment would be late, due to a scam which resulted in my card being blocked and having to wait for a new one, so my payment would be late. I received within little more than an hour a lovely, long, reassuring letter from Herbies telling me not to worry and a new pack would be on its way immediately. Rarely, if ever, have I received such a kind, personal and reassuring email from a retailer. A pleasant surprise!
