The staff were really great with me which is extremely rare in some cases and can be very short with older people like myself but they were extremely kind and caring , this makes it very nice to deal with a company in today's climate so well done.

Blackseed are great i had a 5 day break befor my new ones came and i noticed a big diffrent in my self not having them my new shipment has arrived so happy me again

I have rated it 5 for the customer service as they helped and seemed concerned when I emailed to say the product didnt work for me and I actually felt more bloated.... it doesnt always suit everyone.... I am going to finish what I have left just to see if it does do a uturn...

Please note -I’ve now changed this review to a 5 -Due to a wrong Address Fault - they’ve Rectified-And reimbursed monies - Also I’ve a No: Of friends Recommend them , and have no problems . 🙏Original order HB1119136 -£40.11 never turned up -1st part of Address wasn’t there -13,Ian Gibson Court was left out - Explained this on same day of ordering - E.mail back saying would rectify -,it wasnt -They tried to deliver - truck couldn’t find address . Got in touch with Herbies again -/And post office in Portsmouth - they said would try again ,. Then didn’t arrive / it ended up in Southampton - post office - I got in touch with them , Gave post code etc -they said even with ID- proof of who I was etc -theyed have to return to sender - now I’ve got a 2nd order £50.90 on its way = £99.0.1,down the pan . 23/9/26 -Had a reply bfrom Herbies & they’ve said they’ve put a full refund in place in place - so when it Arrives I’ll give them a much Higher Trustpilot rating . I’ve been recommended to Herbies by a few Friends - so I’m thinking ( Especially with their quick response Appolagies) this is a very rare occurrence and wrong Address Fault 🙏
