Great customer service had a bit of a blip with the subscription but sorted out straight away without any problems just trying product at the moment so no big results yet

The best customer service I have ever had in my life, responded instantly and sorted out my request with no ifs or buts. You can manage subscriptions yourself and for orders you can contact them and they exceed expectations. I haven’t even started using the product yet but as first impressions go, I’m super impressed!

I didn't realise that I had signed up to a subscription so when I say an order had been placed when I was not expecting it the customer services team were fantastic to ensure it was cancelled, directed me to where I could cancel the subscription and ensured a full refund was made. Hassle free, very supportive and outstanding service.

The customer service is the best I’ve experienced, whenever I emailed a query through they responded super quickly, like within the hour and were quick to resolve my queries. I have honestly never experienced a more efficient service.
