My order was lost somewhere on delivery & I emailed Herbies regarding this & a lovely lady called Macy replied & looked into it. I had a delivery yesterday so very happy with their customer service

It has been great taking the Herbies for the first Month and due to not knowing about the subscription you have agreed to cancel the latest order and issue a refund, I have only cancelled as I have enough product at home for a while and when I do order again I will remember about a subscription so will be able to stop orders before they are created.

As im on mounjara my stomach always felt not quite right.i brought herbies oregano and now my problem settled.They are good and the orders are regular they notifies you when delivery due

I am always a bit wary when sending off for things online as sometimes it's always easy to click or make a mistake,I was a bit apprehensive when herbies were sending me more Oregano/blk seed oli capsules as I already had plenty to go at,so panic struck in,I went to Herbies helpline to find out what had happened to be met online with a lovely lady that reassured me what I'd done and told me how to cancel the nxt months supply,well being of a lady of a certain age I got stuck,this lovely lady cancelled my account for me which I wanted, I just wanted them on trial first, I must say the customer service received was second to none,I would fully recommend this company service to family and friends.
