not for me but i’m sure ideal for most people
i tried the tablets for a month approximately i have a delicate stomach and far from regular at toilet and hoped they would help but that it did was make me sick about an hour after i took them , i contacted herbies and they suggested i tried a little longer but i said i couldn’t and they cancelled subscription , i thank them for there understanding
