The watch is excellent. The complete service from the very beginning to the watch arrival was brilliant. The delivery was as exactly described and the watch arrived on the very day that was given.

Not really sure where to begin except the watch is a cheap piece of sh**!!! I was scammed!! Came from China, not from a craftsman watchmaker from NY… please… NEVER AGAIN!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Our watches are designed in New York, and while some components are assembled internationally, we stand behind the quality of our products. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We’d like to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] , and our team will personally assist you with a solution. Thank you for giving us the chance to improve.

I purchased 3 watches, one being the mystery box. Let’s start with the mystery….what a load of rubbish, the back cover was scratched quite badly and it looked like the watch was 2nd hand. The strap was far too small for an adult male, it may have fitted a child or lady but certainly not an average man. The rear case also looked like it had been pushed on too hard as it wasn’t flat. The 2nd watch also had a scratched rear and felt lightweight and cheap. And finally, the 3rd one looked of and had protection on the front and rear unlike watches 1 and 2 but by this point I’d lost confidence in Henry’s watches and asked for a refund….which I have received but not for the mystery boxes as these are not covered on returns I now see. So, it looks like for the mystery they send out any old rubbish with no warranty or refund….what a rip off! Would I recommend them to anyone else? …. Absolutely not a chance, you’d probably be better off buying one off TikTok

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the mystery box and the other watches. Our intention with the mystery boxes is to offer fun, surprise items, but we understand that this clearly did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding the scratches and sizing issues, as it helps us improve quality checks and product selection. While mystery boxes are not covered under our standard returns, we’d still like to see if there’s a way we can make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] , and our team will review your case personally. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
