A very very poor experience buying a watch from this CROOK -- beware.
I ordered a Tourbillon watch from Henry a few days ago for £81. Then discovered exactly the same model on Ali Express for a quarter of the price so cancelled my order - and on the same day asked him not to ship the watch. He took i think 3 days to reply and when he did he said the watch had been shipped even though tracking showed it was being packed. His adverts suggests he crafts every timepiece himself - the reality is he buys cheap stuff from Ali Express quadruples the price to sell in the UK. To return the watch i have to incur the cost of sending it to China - even though no reference is made to this in his returns policy - which suggests returning it to him. He offered a 25% refund if i wanted to keep the watch - but considering the vastly inflated profilt margins he applies - that has no appeal. I was able to buy a much better specced Tourbillon watch direct from Ali Express for a fraction of his prices. He also advertises Tourbillon watches but they are in fact normal wtaches with flywheels. Chinese companies do this to fool westerners into buying something they are not. When challenged about it - he explains he sells "Tourbillon style" watches - although none of his advertising uses that phrase. Check out the way a real tourbillon mechanism rotates whereas his pretend tourbillon watches don't. Avoid this crook - you can do without his irritations. But - add misrrepresentation to the list of his unethical crooked practices. In short - my view is that his advertising is misleading - and he is a seller with no ethical standards. Would never buy from him again - or recommend his company. If you are considering ordering from him - do yourself a favour and buy the exact same watch on Ali Express - you will save a fortune. This crook will not even provide me with his business address or name so i can sue him in the UK courts. That is my next step. Will let you know what happens.

Very cheaply made watches by a Chinese company based in Hong Kong. The company is not owned by the old man in the ad, he sold it, it's a different Henry that owns it now. I agreed to getting 20% back on my purchase, doubt I ever see it.
