Fake website and scam company
Just a quick note to start on there request for a trustpilot review unless it’s 5 star you are redirected to the website which is a fake site!
I purchased a man’s watch when it arrived it would not fit my wrist, it would just fit my 6yr olds wrist on the last hole. Upon contacting the company I was offered a 10% refund and after refusing they offered a 25% refund! For a full refund they have asked me to send it back tracked and traced and insured for its full value not sale value and a refund will be sent after arrival back in China. I have researched into there returns and have found out that they will not refund as retuned products apparently have been lost in post even when tracked to destination or are damaged beyond repair!! Don’t trust this company or buy from them.

Complete scam. Never received watches despite many complaints. I keep getting messages about how "they're working on it," but a month later, nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Awful
Awful! The watch took longer to arrive than expected - it was meant to be a closing down sale - and when it came it was a huge disappointment (I bought three, two ladies and one men's "military" watch). They we all cheap and shoddy, and not even water resistant - mine stopped after washing my hands! The "luminous" hands are not, just painted pale green. And so much for a 30 day no-quibble guarantee, they are refusing to refund the watch, saying they want me to send them a video showing it not working! Avoid these cowboys like the plague.

Only received one out of two watches. Communication seems automated with shipping information incorrect. I have been waiting for the second watch almost a month after the first order.

Super easy to order and speedy…
Super easy to order and speedy delivery.
I have a 16-watch collection, some of which are rather expensive. I love them all in their own way.
I purchased a military-style watch from Henrys as I really liked its look. A few things to say, firstly, I love a simple watch face which is easy to read, this watch is exceptional in this regard, with just a little exposure to the sun it glows for hours.
I like a slim profile watch, again, this really fits the bill.
Most importantly, I expect a watch to keep great time; again, this Henry watch never misses a beat and has not dropped a second since I bought it. I love it, Oh, and the strap is indestructible.
