Hello Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with our Sports Military Quartz watches didn’t meet your expectations. At Henry’s Watches, we take pride in offering timepieces that combine distinctive design with reliable craftsmanship. While some of our models feature decorative sub-dials as part of their aesthetic appeal, we always aim to describe our products accurately so that our customers know exactly what they’re receiving. I completely understand how disappointing it must feel when a purchase doesn’t align with your expectations, especially when gifting to your sons. We never want any of our customers to feel that they haven’t received value for their money. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] — we’d be happy to assist you further and explore how we might make this right. Regards, Henry
