The Watchband is hard to use as it is tight and I would of rather had a watchband with simple grip, than a two part and small holed ones.
Response from Henrys WatchesMay 3, 2025
Hi Jack, Thank you for your honest feedback — I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that the watchband didn't meet your expectations and that it's been difficult to use. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I completely understand how a simpler grip design might have suited you better. While our current band was chosen for its durability and sleek aesthetic, I’ll definitely take your comments into account as we continue to improve our designs. In the meantime, if you'd like to explore any solutions or alternatives, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] — we’re always happy to help. Regards, Henry

I was about to order one of these watches that were "on sale" due to Henry's Watches closing. Read in the description that the subdials on the watch face were for decoration only. WHAT? Why would you put subdials on your watches that don't work? SCAM!

Dear scammer, You either do not understand English or you have no reading comprehension skills. You are scammers and you know it so stop trying to act like you’re not. By this point in time, Henry should be dead! Again, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I know your mothers must be. Regarding “Henry’s” reply, this is total BS. Pleasant Green on YouTube did extensive research to prove there is no “Henry” and found the actors who give these testimonials (for some reason, TrustPilot does not allow links so look up “Don’t buy stuff from old AI people.”). Stop ripping people off. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your families must be so embarrassed that you are scammers. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is a total scam! The same watches are sold on another website for 99 CENTS! Henry’s images are AI generated and the “reviews”‘are from “actors” who should be totally ashamed of themselves. Do your homework before buying from any of these sites with old people claiming to be master craftsmen going out of business!

Henry is not real. This is a chinese seller selling you watches for sale at 99 cents at diverse websites at Alie-express, temu and others but Henry sells them for idiotic prices. Most of the reviews here are even fake. So please TRUSTPILOT please get more serious about your reviews. since most of your reviews can now longer be TRUSTED! Henry? Just an fake AI guy, I dumped the watch already since it is an awful quiality
