I have a Henry watch and it is a wonderful timepiece. My most recent purchase is a gift for my wife so I can't tell you much about it other than it is a beautiful watch. Henry's Watches is a great company with some quality watches.

Thank you for your kind words. It’s wonderful to hear you’ve had such a positive experience and chose one of our watches as a gift — we hope your wife loves it just as much. We truly appreciate your support.

The watch arrived from China, nicely packaged in a pretty box, suggesting very good quality. I wore the watch for a few weeks, then one day I found the thin metal backing had fallen off. Turns out the plastic body of the watch was cracked, and the watch literally fell apart, band and all. It was laughable.

Watch doesn't keep time. They send they would get back to me in 24 hours. They haven't.

The watch has kept perfect time. It looks great also. Very easy to read and set. I picked this watch for it's bold face and large hands.

The watch is nice. The olive band is short as I can barely use the last hole. Can I order a larger watch band?

Thank you for your message. Yes, you can definitely use a longer replacement strap, especially if the current one feels too short. Many customers with larger wrists switch to NATO straps, which are specifically designed to provide more length and comfort

They looked like good watches on the surface but their customer service is crap and made in China like a lot of stuff these days. I placed my order on Jan 7th 2026 and received a message that I would receive my order by Jan 23rd and after a of not receiving anything I got in touch with my credit card company. Luckily I was reimbursed the money I spent. Some one, who called themselves Henry asked me to call back my cc company to reverse the money because the order was very close to being delivered but I wasn't buying it, literally! FU Henry's watches! Think twice before you place your order!

Bought one…. Dropped off the counter in my bathroom and it broke the seconds hand off. Don’t waist your money like I did.

That’s definitely not the kind of experience anyone expects from everyday use. If you still have the watch, please contact our customer service team with your order details so the issue can be reviewed and the next steps can be arranged.
