I had my apt with Alina earlier today. We were able to start early. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions on side effects. Explained how to administer shots and explained about continued doses. I am excited to start with the medication.

My appointment started on time. She was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Good experience all around!

My experience is a 4.5. I feel that they asked the right questions and I was happy to actually talk to a provider live. The provider put a rush on the medication and I received it with 5 days instead of 5-8 business days. The video was helpful and so far I am confident in the medication.

Henry Meds was super easy, fast, and efficient. The staff is very professional and I would definitely recommend using them. Very satisfied with my experience!

Didn't work for me. I was very hopeful with Henry Meds, but I guess it just was not for me. I tried the pill form for 2 months and gained 2-3 lbs. Tried to switch over to the injections, but they never shipped. Mind you, Henry Meds takes your payment in full the same day. The 2 practitioners I met with online were nice, but they rush you off the phone as fast as possible. They have a script they work from, and once those basic questions are done, they are off to the next caller. I would have liked to at least try the injections, but at this time I just want a refund for the product that seems to be lost in the mail.

So far so good. Waiting to get script and try this out. The consultation was great, very informative and on time. Look forward to trying and getting great results.
