First time doing video call. Customer service was good about reassuring me that everything was set. Call went well she was knowledgeable and reassuring about what to expect.

The telehealth appointment that I had was punctual, and the clinician was very professional. They sent reminders, and it was easy to log onto their platform for my appointment.

Setting up my appointment was simple, and I appreciated the emailed reminders to keep me on track. During my appointment, my Provider answered my questions regarding side effects, and she never made me feel rushed. She was very thorough. I am looking forward to my delivery. So far I am extremely happy!

I recently had a medical appointment with Kimberly Belangee, and the entire experience was smooth and easy. From scheduling the appointment to the actual consultation, everything was handled efficiently. Kimberly was professional, attentive, and took the time to address all my concerns.

My nurse practitioner was awesome. She explained everything to me and made me feel extremely comfortable.

First few prescriptions went well. They then messed up my billing information which I fixed and it took them almost 8 weeks to get things fixed on their end. I finally had my appointment on 6/4/24. The prescription was submitted to the pharmacy on 6/5/24 and as of today, 6/13/24 I’m still being told it is processing and has not shipped. I have been out of medication for a month at this point, no one seems to want to get things done quicker. It’s just completely absurd that it would take this long for a pharmacy to send out a prescription. I can go to CVS or Walgreens the same day and get a prescription. At this point, I feel like they don’t value me as an actual patient whatsoever.

So happy to get started on this journey. Had my initial meeting with Nurse Practitioner Kim. She was very professional, helpful & thorough. Answered any of my questions.
