After leaving a negative review I finally saw a little movement on my issue. That was Saturday, it is now Tuesday and it appears that the Isai’s stalled again. There has been no communication or progress with my prescription. I received an email stating it has been filled/processed, but on my app it shows as simply having been received at the pharmacy so I remain in the dark not knowing when or if the medicine is filled or will be filled at some point.

Donna was informative and helpful during our initial appointment. She thoroughly explained the treatment plan and was very engaging and warm. I appreciate her timeliness and how quickly the turn around time for the appointment was. I ordered Friday and had my initial appointment for the prescription Monday. So far I’m very happy with the efficiency. I’ll add more to the review once I get my meds so I can detail my experience.
