The clinician was on time, answered all my questions, and had no trouble going to the phone when I was unable to get my laptop audio to work. All in all, a very valuable session as I embark on this new course of medication. Thank you Henry Meds!

So far, everything has been better than expected. I had my appointment on Tuesday, July 2nd. I was told that I would receive my meds in 8-10 business days. I actually received the meds on Saturday, July 6th, which was much quicker than expected, especially with the 4th of July holiday in between!

Today was my initial visit with a NP. She was on time and very professional. Wonderful personality, and was very thorough. She had read my questionnaire responses, and so was very informed of my history. She knew that because I was not yet diabetic, insurance wouldn’t cover anything. So very excited to be able to afford this program to help me avoid diabetes in the future. Everything so far has been above expectations. Once I’m on the meds for a bit, will update!

Signed up for Henry Meds and got blood drawn. When having my tele-health appointment the medical professal used another's lab results. Declining my access to the medications I was seeking. Warnings, cautions where giving in relation to my(not my) results. Later that day, thinkin "how tf are my hormones so ridiculously out of wack?!" I pull up the issued PDF results and realize the client on the results is another individuals. By this time, my subscription had be canceled and money refunded.
