My experience so far has been great. The customer service team has been wonderful in answering any questions or concerns I might have. I had my first appointment today with my PA Lindsay and she was very thorough in the view of my PA health history questions, goals, explanation of the medication, how it works, my self administration, possible side affects, dos and don'ts and expectations/interactions with the Henry team moving forward. They are available 24/7 for anything. My PA even recommended several other things to do as it pertains to my own personal care physician. That shows me how transparent they are in wanting this to be a successful program for ALL involved. I feel good about the journey I'm about to embark on with Henry Meds and that is so important.

Not only did my order take a long time to ship but it was delivered to the wrong location. As of Friday Sept 6 my tracking status was still “processing”. When I checked Saturday night it had jumped to “delivered”. Completely bypassed “shipping” as status and never received a email. When I followed the tracking link it took me to FedEx where it said my meds were delivered on Saturday August 23rd. And had a picture of the bottom of a front door that wasn’t mine. My telehealth visit was August 21. How could my meds be delivered two days later? Obviously not my tracking information. I had previously done a chat on my status being in process so long and that was way after August 23rd. And it was never mentioned that my order was delivered. This is very frustrating. The only thing that has been uneventful was Henry Meds taking my payment. Since it was after hours on Saturday when I saw the tracking I have to wait until Monday morning to call and hope for some sort of help.

Good progress review discussion with Joleen. I have a clear plan for weight loss that we have both agreed to.
